Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how iClick Solutions Inc. (“iClick Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website, located at iclicksolutioninc.com. It does not describe how client-controlled customer information is processed during a contracted service — that processing is governed separately, as explained below.

1. Three categories of information

This policy distinguishes between three categories of information:

  • Website visitor information — information collected when you browse this website or submit a form, described in this policy.
  • Client business information — information a prospective or current client provides to us about their company in the course of discussing or contracting for services, such as company name, work email and job title.
  • Client-controlled customer information — information belonging to our clients’ own customers, which we may process on a client’s behalf while performing a contracted service. This is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Agreement and/or Confidentiality Agreement, not by this website policy.

2. Information submitted through the contact form

When you submit a form on this website (for example, the Contact page or the Request a Pilot page), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email address, company name, company website, job title, service of interest, estimated workload, and a description of your process or enquiry.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, scope a potential engagement, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell this information. By default, form submissions are not stored in a persistent database by this website; they are transmitted to our contact inbox. See the project README for the current email-delivery configuration.

3. Website logs and cookies

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and operational purposes. This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function; see our Cookie Notice for details. We do not install advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this website.

4. Communications

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that communication and any related correspondence to respond to you and maintain business records, consistent with our data retention practices described below.

5. Client-controlled information and our role as a service provider

Where iClick Solutions performs contracted services involving a client’s customer data, we act as a service provider processing that data on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions. Business-purpose limitations, retention and deletion requirements for that data are set out in the relevant engagement documents (Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Agreement and/or Confidentiality Agreement), not in this website policy.

6. Security practices

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our broader approach to access control and data handling for client engagements is described on our Security page.

7. Data retention and deletion requests

We retain website visitor and client business information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion or correction of information you have submitted to us by contacting privacy@iclicksolutioninc.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

8. International processing

iClick Solutions Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in the United States. Information you submit through this website may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

9. Service providers

We may use third-party service providers, such as hosting and email-delivery providers, to operate this website and respond to enquiries. These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.

10. Legal disclosures

We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of iClick Solutions Inc., our clients, or others.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
